Welcome to the beautiful mountain resort of Lenggries, nestled in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills. Our spacious vacation apartment is ideal for families, two families of friends, larger groups, those seeking relaxation, active vacationers, and guests who want to combine nature, mountains, and comfort.

With approximately 240 m² of space, the apartment offers plenty of room for living together, relaxing, and enjoying yourselves. It spans two levels and features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 additional guest restrooms, a private sauna, a very large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, a terrace, and a garden surrounding the property.

The bedrooms are distributed across the apartment’s two levels. Some of the bedrooms are located on the semi-basement level. These rooms stay pleasantly cool, especially during the summer months, and offer an excellent indoor climate. This makes the apartment ideal for restful nights even when temperatures are warm.

The heart of the apartment is the approximately 53 m² living room with an open fireplace, a large 75-inch smart TV, and SONOS speakers. Here, you can spend cozy evenings by the fire, watch movies together, or relax after an active day in the mountains. The vacation rental, furnished in a rustic-modern style, also offers Wi-Fi, internet access, and SONOS speakers in almost all rooms and bathrooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. Whether it’s breakfast before a day of hiking, cooking together in the evening, or a cozy cup of coffee in between: there’s plenty of space here for a relaxing stay.

The outdoor area is also a special highlight. The garden, spanning more than 120 m², surrounds the apartment on three sides and almost gives you the feeling of living in your own house. The L-shaped terrace, measuring over 90 m², faces southeast and southwest and offers plenty of space for dining, relaxing, and gathering together. A grill is available for cozy outdoor gatherings. Please bring your own charcoal or purchase it on-site.

Lenggries is located in the Isarwinkel region along the wild and romantic course of the Isar River and is an ideal starting point for nature and active vacations. The surrounding area offers walks, bike rides, hikes, mountain tours, and winter sports on the local mountain, Brauneck. Some hiking trails start right from the apartment. The Brauneck mountain railway is just a few minutes away by car; alternatively, you can reach it by bus from the train station.

Popular destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, the Sylvenstein Reservoir, Bad Tölz, and Austria are also easily accessible. In Bad Tölz, a visit to the famous Marktstraße is especially worthwhile. Every year, the Rose Days are held there in the monastery garden, as well as the traditional Leonhardi Procession, which was first mentioned in 1772 and is now considered an important part of Bavarian cultural heritage.

Shopping options are located nearby. A long-established, family-run corner store, an Edeka with a bakery, other grocery stores, a drugstore, the Weber butcher shop, pastry shops, as well as restaurants and cafés in the center of Lenggries are all within easy reach.

Two parking spaces are available for your stay. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Firewood for the fireplace can be provided for a fee. The Lenggries Guest Card Plus, which offers numerous discounts, is also included.
