«I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth ...

«The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking.

I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel.
