«We were here for a Craft Fair at Waterperry Gardens so the location was perfect for us. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable and the hosts helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we do the Fair next year!»

«What a delight to stay in the lovely historic little cottage, in the town where parts of The Vicar of Dibley” and “Midsummer Murders” tv series were filmed. Out host was wonderful and the locals at the historic Bull and Butcher Pub were so welcoming, right from our arrival. Thoroughly recommended. Beware, your mobile phone will almost certainly not work in and around Turville, so be prepared to use emails for comms, or drive a few km until you get reception!»

«Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue.»

«Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. »

«A beautiful house set on a lovely bit of land - front and back garden was enclosed and perfect to let our greyhound potter in and out safely. Our toddler was able to have free reign too, which was so lovely, hosts kindly supplied a travel cot and high chair too. The local information was great and we made a visit to the local Oxford arms via the recommended walk, it was a great shout. Hot tub also great, but yes, as instructed, leave plenty of time to get it to temperature! Thank you Georgie, it ...

«Quite the best property we have ever rented. Comfortable beds and everything in the kitchen one could possibly want for self-catering - and all looking wonderfully hygienic and spotless. Three good bathrooms, including one with shower for the disabled. We were blessed with good weather for sitting in the wonderful garden.»

«Enjoyable stay in this quiet area of the moors. Clean, well equipped and maintained. Only slight quibble was not enough hot water for a bath as the water heating was controlled by a range cooker which we aren't used to. But overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend.»
