  • This beautiful 2BED Appt offers a fantastic living space that is set in the heart of the city centre .Flat has 2 bedrooms and a open plan living room with TV,wifi, work desk&tea-coffee.can accommodate upto 6 using comfy sofa bed.its main feature is its LOCATION. if you like to be in CENTRE From where you can get to train station,curve theatre, Highcross,, DMU ,Leicester UNI,take away's,restaurant easily then this is the best place for you to be.

    we have RENOVATED the Entire Appt. everything you see in the flat is brand new. decorated tastefully by a designer (my partner) :) This Flat is very cosy and make you feel very homely. you will love the brand new memory foam mattress and nice decor throughout. this room has a beautiful Sash windows and plenty of light. great main street view from your windows which looks spectacular. good wifi ,desk and a chair to do your work in both rooms.

    ALL FLAT WILL BE JUST FOR YOURSELVES. NO SHARED SPACES WITH ANYONE.

    Fully equipped kitchen with electric Hob, oven and microwave, to prepare all your meals (plz no fish tho :( )
    And of course the Kettle with tea and coffee available for you to use for free.
    Tv with NETFLIX (u need to have your account) and Wifi so you can use it for work or just browse on youtube.

    we are in the city centre, on Granby street. Opp Mercure GRAND hotel.
    means you can get anywhere in town on foot so don't have to waste money and time for bus or taxi ride especially with our very fair pricing.
    There are plenty of restaurants and take away's on the same street.in fact its one of the main street in entire Leicester city centre. I am certain you will love the Flat and its Location.

Owner fraudulently charged us , lied about, STAY AWAY

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Vrbo process crashed before giving us a confirmation we had rented this. When we contacted the owner from the exact email and account we attempted to rent from they said we didn’t have it. Then somehow they changed our credit card for the full amount. We immediately contacted them but they again said they didn’t have record of us having the rental. The VRBO app didn’t show it on any device we logged into. We had several conversations in which they denied that we had the rental and that they had charged our card. Then they asked us if we knew someone that we have no connection to. Vrbo was no help either - even after showing them the full documentation. They couldn’t even fond the reservation in the app either. Even days later it still didn’t show in the app. Instead of refunding the money or attempting to help us. They just pocketed it and VRBO did nothing. With the proof my credit card company flagged it as fraud and gave me my money back. I will NEVER USE VRBO again and share this experience with as many as possible to avoid this host!!! If they don’t post this review it will be further proof of the fraud I can use. STAY AWAY!!! Did I mention they too advantage of a death in my family as well? I was flying from the United States because my brother was dying ( and did day a few days later) I had to get to UK asap. No compassion from VRBO or the owner. They just took my money.
