Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we are sorry to hear you will not be returning.Our property is a hotel therefore the items you have mentioned above would not be available in the apartments, on request we would have been more than happy to have these items ready for you on your arrival. The alcohol is available if you wish to consume it, this could have also been removed upon request.We have CCTV for the safety of ourselves and for our guests, this, however, is not in any of the apartments, balconies, or hot tub areas, once you enter full privacy is given.Our team are always striving to deliver the best possible experience for our guests, and it does sadden me you will not be returning.I wish you the best for the future.Kind regards,The Bells.

Hi John, Your review is not a true reflection of your stay and has been written out of spite as per your email you sent to us. You experienced a drip through the windows during a windy storm and expected a refund on an already discounted stay. You have proceeded to write fake negative reviews on google about us. The issues did not impede your ability to complete your stay.
