Stylish, fully renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the heart of the Berkshires! Enjoy the large, sunny yard and deck with lots of seating and a large dining table - perfect for al fresco dinner and drinks!

The space
The huge, sun drenched primary bedroom is an oasis with a beautiful clear balcony overlooking the yard and forest beyond - feels like a luxurious treehouse dwelling! There is an office nook with a Parsons table (perfect for remote work with fast, reliable internet) and ensuite full bath. There is also a comfortable couch (serving as a bonus sleeping spot for the kids on more than one occasion) to relax with a cup of tea while taking in the natural beauty beyond the balcony. The second upstairs bedroom is spacious and has two twin beds, a cozy reading nook and its own half bath. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor - one with a queen bed and one with a full size bed. Full bath with bathtub on the first floor as well. Plenty of closets and dressers to store your belongings during your stay.

If you like to cook, you'll love the modern chef's kitchen featuring a six-burner Bertazzoni stove and Wolf steam wall oven (amazing for baking!). Pop outside to grab a few herbs and veggies from the curated vegetable garden in the yard! The dining room includes a comfortable built-in bench and custom made table for the whole crew to enjoy meals together. The living room is another great place to gather - with plenty of seating and a working wood burning fireplace. Large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. One of our favorite features about the house is the great flow, everyone can enjoy and chat together while having plenty of space to spread out.

The charming three season sunroom is the perfect place to read a book, play a board game or work on a group art project. We have plenty of toys and books for the kids and they will enjoy running around the large, well maintained yard (lawn serviced once a week in summer months). In the summer you will have access to a curated veggie garden in the yard. The seasonal views of the forest abutting the backyard are a delight. We get lots of visits from robins, cardinals, blue jays and woodpeckers!

We are close to all the area’s key attractions: Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, museums (Norman Rockwell Museum, Berkshire Botanical Gardens, MASS MOCA and the Clark to the north), great farm to table restaurants, parks, hiking (the Appalachain Trail runs through our mountains), and lakes. The home is 10 minutes from Lenox and 15 minutes from Great Barrington, bordering Stockbridge and less than 5 minutes from the Red Lion Inn. The best farm ice cream in the Berkshires minutes away! During the summer, there are wonderful local farmer's markets and a plethora of outdoor activities. In the winter, a 15 minute drive takes you to skiing at Butternut to the south or Bousquet to the north. We love the central location of the house - with easy access to the best of the Berkshires!

You will have access to the whole house, including washer/dryer in the basement.
Other things to note
We are minutes away from Laurel Lake with access to a lovely private beach for town residents only - with lifeguards, volleyball, grills and kayak rentals. A pass to the private beach comes with the house in the summertime (mid June when the beach opens through Labor Day).
