«The stay itself was comfortable, the service was mostly okay - you had some experienced people, but it seemed like a lot of new staff. However on a star scale I would give it a 3.5-4 star. One of the guys at the front desk tried to charge us trippel the amount to extend our stay one night although it was cheaper online and said that we could risk not getting the same room by booking it through hotels - that left a bad taste in my mouth, and you got conscious of getting scammed.
