Ground floor faced south west looking through full glass windows with double French doors straight across lake. Lodge was well laid out with fully set up kitchen. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. «A massive thank you for a wonderful weekend. We have been coming to the lake for 15 years now, returning year after year for the incredible wakeboarding. Our children now have the bug and will no doubt continue to return for many years to come to wakeboard with Sam and the team. «Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.»

"Good value for the money. Room was a bit cramped, but that's what you pay for. Close to public transport. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Quiet and nice neigbourhood."

"The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is. We did however have dinner at the restaurant one night. The service was so bad and the food was ok-ish, when we got what we ordered. We had to go find someone to order drinks and ask for water, and we tried to make contact with the waiters a long time. The cutlery was also dirty. We saw several other tables (most of the tables) sending their order back. Breakfast also seemed alot like dinner, with dirty cutlery and cups, and no service. It seemed like we could order breakfast from the kitchen (based on the menu on the table stating "breakfast"), but we didn't bother to find someone to order from..."

"Et fint opphold. Rommet var klart 3 timer før innsjekk, så det var supert! Stort dobbeltrom med badekar i bygget på baksiden. Såpene luktet veldig godt! Gode fasiliteter på rommet. Enkelt å varme opp rommet med klimaanlegg eller panelovn. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personell. Sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei å gå til togstasjonen, shopping, spisesteder og severdigheter. Kan trygt anbefales. Tusen takk! "
