«Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise»

This family hotel is only 15 minutes drive from Como lake and you cn explore ir from all the sides. The service was amazing from the first minute. I was leaded to parking lot and explained how to drive in. We got help with ordering pizzas to our children while we ate at the restaurant downstairs.
