«We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we were in the area for baseball games. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent! Responses were very quick and helpful. We walked the mile to the historic public square area and checked out the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!»

«This property is a nightmare to say the very least. Filthy bedding, toilets not working (one not attached to the floor, light bulbs burned out and I could go on for hours. The host never gave us contact info other than via VRBO system so wasnt able to efficiently address issues, the code to get in was not posted on time and day two the code didnt work and had to be reset after multiple contacts. I would sleep in my car before this property! »

«The host was very responsive when we messaged him. APP was a bit cumbersome. I had to update and verify my ID too many times. We didn't get the access code until nearly 4:30 when check in was 4:00 because of the verification issue. It's difficult to do when you are traveling and you have already done it multiple times before leaving. It took multiple calls to finally get past the AI assistant and talk to a real person. «Wonderful, fun basement apartment and backyard, 10 minutes (10 Uber ride) from downtown Nashville. Accommodations were lovely, with everything you'd need on your trip, including laundry (which we didn't use). Unfortunately, we are light and late sleepers, and could hear most of what was going on upstairs beginning early in the morning. Just normal family morning prep (they had a toddler, and I'm sure they were trying to be as quiet as possible). It was super quiet from 10:45 p.m. until 5:45 a.m. ...
