«The main living room furniture were horrible, felt very used and cushions offered little support. Possibly picked up from a yard sale. Bathroom shower floor is very slippery, I found out the hard way. When I slipped my foot slid in to the wall causing my foot to be black and blue the next day along with pain. Not good decision making when it came to that shower base. The TV and the mini split remotes in the living room controlled each other, weird. Possibly since both are b is the 2.4 ghz.»

«5 couples stayed for 3 nights over New Years Eve.Pros: Host was easy to work with. Property easy to find. Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. «Location was great- near Osborn boat ramp and just 10 minutes from Frenchlick. Cabin was adequate but could use a little more cleaning. There were cobwebs in the living room and bedroom plus mice droppings in the pantry. I live in the country and am used to this but had to do a little extra cleaning to feel comfortable. The front porch was very nice and since it rained 3 of the days we were there we spent quite a bit of time out there. Enjoyed the wood carvings around the cabins. »
