Three separate bedrooms await you, each tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings to ensure a restful night's sleep. Two bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom has a fun bunk-bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
The open-concept living area is the heart of this home, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space and providing breathtaking views of the secluded surroundings.
You can cozy up and relax on plush sofas while enjoying your company, and enjoy meals together at the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space with a large island, a perfect place for meal preparation and apres-ski (or apres-hike, bike, snowshoe, etc.) - snacking.
You'll also find that relaxing may not get any better than it does on the expansive covered deck. Sipping hot cocoa and telling stories with friends and family, or having a night cap after a fun day spend outdoors is just what this deck is built for.

You'll want a vehicle to get two and from the home, and to get to your outdoor adventure destinations, as well as your shopping and dining destinations. The neighborhood roads are maintained, but having 4wd or Awd will make getting in and out of the neighborhood easier in winter time.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
