Whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter, Provence is always a dream.

The apartment is located on a property with four separate vacation apartments and the owners’ main house. Each apartment has its own separate entrance, accessible directly from the outside, as well as a terrace. It is a beautiful stone house, several hundred years old, consisting of several building sections. The house is located in the center of the village of “Le Pin” on a square right next to City Hall. About 400 people live here. It takes 15–20 minutes by car to reach the well-known tourist town of Uzès. They say it has one of the most beautiful markets in Provence.

The “blue” apartment is on the first floor and offers a spacious 60 square meters of living space. The terrace is at ground level, right in front of your kitchen and living room. Enjoy the many rooms in this apartment (living room, kitchen, separate dining room, bedroom, 2 walk-in closets, bathroom with a window). The living room features a beautiful exposed stone wall.

The kitchen is equipped with a counter and two bar stools. Perhaps you’d like to sit there while cooking and chat over a glass of rosé or champagne?

Or have a barbecue right outside your door under the hand-forged rose arch and dine at the 360-kilo stone table beneath the lush, green arbor.

It’s also lovely inside at the dining table in the separate dining room, right in front of the window with a view of the outdoors. The apartment is wonderfully bright.

Have you always wanted to sleep in a four-poster bed? Draw the white curtains closed or leave them open for a decorative touch.

You have direct access to the walk-in closet from the bedroom. There are even two of them… so feel free to bring several suitcases full of clothes. There’s plenty of space……

Enjoy the bathroom with natural light and a beautiful vanity.

The house is not far from Uzès. They say it’s home to one of the most beautiful markets in southern France. The town comes alive there on Saturdays. You can go hiking or biking right from the house. You can also go canoeing or explore cities like Avignon or Nîmes.

Or simply head to the Camargue to admire white horses and flamingos. Or, of course, go shopping right by the sea. Sit at outdoor cafés or restaurants and people-watch… A region where simply anything is possible. And the weather is almost always beautiful.

The trip by TGV is relaxing. Go directly to Avignon or Nîmes. Or fly there and then continue by rental car. If you’re driving there yourself, you could bring your bike and hit the trails. How about tackling “Mont Ventoux” at 1,909 meters?

No matter how you get there, you can’t miss this beautiful home. It’s located right on the village square in Le Pin—a small village just outside Uzès and not far from Avignon.
