We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Pougnadoresse in Occitania, this superb air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. Classified 3*, it is composed of a large living room of 55 m², an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m² entirely semi-enclosed as well as a terrace of 25 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 55 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee pod coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa bed.
- A bathroom with shower and bath.
- Two separate toilets.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), size 7×4 m², not fenced with alarm, open from May 1 to October 30 thanks to the dome (opening dates not contractual).
- A beautiful garden of about 1,800 m² semi-enclosed, you will also find in the garden a petanque court.
- A wooden terrace of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: griddle, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Pougnadoresse, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, a real haven of peace with few houses around. In the surrounding villages, you will be able to benefit from all the essential shops but also from restaurants, bars, markets...

This property will allow you to take advantage of an ideally located resting place in order to criss-cross the Occitanie region and discover its authentic villages full of charm! Go and explore Saint-Ambroix and the ruins of its medieval castles, Barjac and its ramparts, the village of character of Lussan or Goudargues and its canal. The Gard, from the Cévennes to the Camargue, offers you rural landscapes with endemic vegetation and breathtaking panoramas. Visit numerous caves such as Traduc, Salamandre, Cocalière... Nîmes and the Romanesque Museum as well as the must-see sites in the Gard, the Bois des Species, the Camargue and the Salins du Midi, the Tour Carbonnière.... Discover the Sautadet waterfalls, the Cèze valley, Avignon and its festival as well as the Popes' Palace...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the side of the house (4 vehicles), not covered.

- Nearest train station: Remoulins train station located about 28 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue airport, about 1 hour by car.

- Sheets and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free wifi is available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €15/stay (1 pet per stay).
