«Lovely staff and welcome. Stunning views of grand Bornand. Apartment clean. Well presented. Was unusually hot so would have benefitted this time with air conditioning. Pool and spa excellent. Massage excellent too. Could have done with a mid-week cleaning service (even if for an additional price). Car park excellent. «The chalet was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space in which to relax after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well equipped and great to have three bathrooms in a chalet of this size. Views towards the slopes were amazing, made all the better because we had beautiful weather. Everything you need is within a 15min walk albeit it’s a relatively steep climb back to the chalet but don’t cause us any issues. There is a bus stop very near to the chalet if needed. «La chalet est assez grand mais les prestations sont bien en deçà de ce qui serait légitime pour le prix. Le salon n'est pas dimensionné pour le nombre de couchages, les tables de cuisine sont hors du temps, le design, la déco sont authentiques voire vétustes, les tapis sont sales. La terrasse est intéressante, la cuisine pratique même si les ustensiles et batterie de cuisine ne sont pas renouvelés assez régulièrement. La vaisselle rangée était en partie sale.»
