«Actually I had booked two other nights at another hotel, but after one night I cancelled the last one and moved back to Intercon. It was so comforting returning to this safe-haven and being greeted by the marvelous staff at the Club Lounge. Mithila arranged a late check-out for me the next day, which was greatly appreciated, but eventually I got a little late for my transport to the airport, so when checking out in the Club lounge I didn’t had time for afternoon tea, even if I was invited… ...

«The min u walked in to checkin and till u leave, nothing to complain. Check in was super easy and fast. Room was clean and exactly what described. We hv kitchenette facilities so we used them. super convenient for us to have quick breakfast before we explore Perth and a relaxing home cooked (room cooked) dinner after a long driving trip. «Helt fantastisk. Resepsjonistene var veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Rommet og badet var helt topp. God seng og stor dusj. Man føler seg som hjemme når man er på hotellet. Med denne kombinasjonen av et tøft hotell, hjelpsomme ansatte og sentrum nært til det meste i Perth, så er kanskje dette det beste hotellet jeg har bodd på. Kommer gjerne igjen.»

«The host was so lovely. It's my husband's birthday and I requested for a simple suprise. They went above and beyond! The apartment is gorgeous with a clean spacious room,comfy bed, lovely lounge,and it's accessible to ferry which is only about 5 minute lovely walk next to beach. «Very good hotel -location not in city center but in walking distance approx. 20 minutes. Free town bus departing nearby. Quite big rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. As silver membership I got continental breakfast free but it was actually very good buffet. Nice restaurant in old building which was part of the hotel. Really nice hotel - can only recommend.»

«Nice hotel but probably the worst hotel breakfast we have had before. Good presentation of the food but the bread was soggy, the hash browns were cheap quality and the food generally tasted horrible. Would way rather prefer a buffet. Some of the staff also struggled to understand English and we ended up getting the wrong meal when ordering at the restaurant. »
