«We booked here for the convenient location and the opportunity to catch up on a week's worth of laundry.
Unfortunately, the washing machine had a mouldy odour that transferred to our laundry. The dryer also required maintenance.
Management offered to let us use a washer and dryer in another unit, but this didn't fit with our plans to go sightseeing on our final day.
Had the issue been limited to one machine, I would have chalked it up to bad luck. However, having problems with both machines ...

«Bra plassering, god seng, men tunge dører, og støv på stanga i dusjen. Litt mye støy fra gata. Men veldig hyggelig hotell og en fantastisk takterrasse. Synd baren var stengt, men man kunne sitte der, så jeg tok med meg vinglasset mitt dit. Fikk vin på grunn av gullmedlemskap i hotels.com.»

«- After house check in very average: the call button to reception is not visible, nor is there a direct line of site the reception desk - so had to wait awhile
- Room service has very limited hours
- No mini bar available - which should be standard for the price of the room
- No iron/ironing board in room - had to use the hotel app to get one delivered
- Lovely room but not a fan of the ensuite door/toilet being right next to the bed»

«Nice hotel but probably the worst hotel breakfast we have had before. Good presentation of the food but the bread was soggy, the hash browns were cheap quality and the food generally tasted horrible. Would way rather prefer a buffet. Some of the staff also struggled to understand English and we ended up getting the wrong meal when ordering at the restaurant. »
