This charming duplex apartment in the heart of the resort, directly from the shopping gallery, is located on the first floor of the Buron des Gardes residence with a capacity to accommodate up to 7 people. Perfect for enjoying moments with family or friends. This superb accommodation located in the heart of the resort allows direct access to hiking, mountain biking and skiing trails to be able to enjoy all the activities of the Lioran resort in summer and winter.



On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with large bay windows that offer a spectacular view of the heart of the resort, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso-type coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishes, grill appliance, there is no raclette appliance...), a wood stove located in the living room that will allow you to gather together in the living area with the armchairs made available to you. Also on this level of the duplex, you will find a small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, a mountain corner awaits you with two single beds (90x190), two rooms with double beds (160x190), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets.



The accommodation is equipped with free WIFI. Two secure parking spaces are located in a covered car park just below the residence (note that vehicles higher than 1.85m cannot go down there and these vehicles must park outside).

You will also have a large cellar to store ski equipment, bicycles, hiking gear...

This accommodation is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.



Linen and towels are not provided and may be available at an additional cost. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
