Step inside and feel instantly at ease. This charming home offers two comfortable bedrooms, with a queen and a double bed, fresh linen, and plenty of natural light. A sofa bed in the Living Room allows for some additional guests if travelling as a group. Reverse Cycle Heat Pump and Electric heaters ensure cosy nights, while the modern bathroom invites you to unwind with its quality fittings, spacious shower, and large relaxing spa bath.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, icemaker, coffee machine, flowing into a sun-drenched living and dining area with the eye catching views is complete with a large TV logged into Netflix ready for guests to chill and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring plus we have provided Starlink with 4K streaming to enhance your enjoyment experience. The lounge has the most amazing views over the river day and into the sunset in the evenings.

Outdoors, a generous backyard provides space to roam, relax, or enjoy a sunset picnic. A fully functional laundry with washer/dryer combo makes longer stays easy, with plenty of room for bikes and gear at the back of the house. Secure parking and convenient rear access are an added bonus.

Free parking is available on the premises. This property is a non-smoking house. Please refrain from climbing on the deck railing. We are family-friendly and welcome children of all ages.
