«This was a great place to relax and be with my family. I have a daughter who has a camper at Sherwood Forest camp site and there is not enough room for all of us. We were able to be close to them and have get togethers at their place and our rental for cards and games and food»

«Our stay couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed and more was present. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Loved the kitchen. The beds were soft and comfy. Plenty of blankets and beach towels. Lots to do. We even baked bread while there. Grocery store near and well stocked. The lake was wonderful to view, water clear, sandy around the dock, great sunsets ,windows all around the open plan living area A most enjoyable vacation.»

«The property was in great condition, the wrap around porch was wonderful, and the view was very pretty. The loft area was a fantastic spot for all of us to gather and hang out. «This was a great place to stay, my am husband and I took a long weekend trip to enjoy the outdoors, do some fishing, and relax. Everyone was friending, we caught a ton of pan fish and the owners were so kind and helpful!»

«A little TLC could go a very long way at this Property. Upon arrival the cabin was full of flies. There was one very dirty ac unit and it only worked on 1 setting. Lots of spider webs (kitchen, shower) Very dusty under the beds. Shower head was terribly rusted. There is a hole in the wall of the cabin near the ac which could be the source of the flies. Bees were flying into a hole where the bathroom and porch met Lots of junk and very tall weeds around the property. Easy lake access and a cafe ...

«The area seems to have alot of people but we could not see and barely hear any neighbors. The lake is beautiful and a great pleasure to sit on the dock to watch the sunset. The cabin itself has everything you would need to cook, or grill. Internet was powerful enough for everything we needed. i will bookmark this listing and try to go again. Not sure if the porch was 4 season but would love to try this place in the winter as well.»

«We really enjoyed our stay! We had children ranging ages 4-14, parents, and grandparents. There was something for everyone! The lake is small and quiet. The kids could fish off the dock. The beach is large and sandy. The water is a little weedy, but with enough clear patches that the kids didn’t mind. The lake water was low this year so the swimming area was probably smaller than usual. We also couldn’t use the pontoon because the water was low but we still had plenty to do. The kayaks/canoe ...

«This was such a great place to unwind and enjoy the Minnesota summer. Great little lake, quiet, all the amenities, all of the updates in the home were beautiful and well done. Audrey was very pleasant and responsive, you can tell they care about their guests from what they have done with the place and the welcome gift bag waiting for us when we arrived. «My husband and son spent hours fishing off the kayak and paddle board the host provided. I read my book on a super relaxing hanging lounger that’s on the deck. At night we started bonfires and watched the peace of the lake. This is a treat for those looking to just relax and stay in (not a lot of restaurants or grocery stores in the immediate area). It was perfect for us.»
