I’m conflicted about this review. There were some very good things about this property but some very irritating & bad things.The room size was nice, we had 5 girls. The sofa beds were so so horrible, seems broken and concave in the middle, also extremely noisy. we slept on the room beds and there was a mobile cot which was great. It honestly was quite comfortable, but it had an obvious urine stain on the mattress. Very frustrating thing was there was not enough bedding there for all the beds. It was freezing the first night, and I tried multiple times to get extra blankets so we had enough for the 3 beds and it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. I called the number on the paperwork they gave at check in & each time they said the unit was “privately owned so they could not help me.” It took almost 24 hours and repeated messages to get them to write me back via the app where I booked the room. They need an easier & much quicker way to communicate, that was a very annoying issue for us. Our other major issue was it was NOT clean upon arrival. There was hair & dirt all in piles in the corners & edges of the floor, a used contact laying in the floor, food debris on the wall, just not clean. The bathroom was fine. There was ample towels which was good. The kitchen is well stocked & has nice appliances/dishes but the stove top does not work which was also very frustrating. Beds were comfy. Location is the best part so private and quite and felt safe, loved the location.
