This property uses a video doorbell for the security of my guests and neighbors. Additionally, a noise monitoring device (Minut) is in the property to ensure the neighbors are not disturbed during quiet hours. It does NOT record actual sounds and conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). If you have additional questions do not hesitate to ask :-)

Safety and security of the community are very good, and I would rate them highly. However, I would not rate the cleanliness highly. I informed the owner about the cleaning issue, but his response was that he and the cleaning staff had already cleaned the unit. I did not pursue the discussion further, as cleanliness can be subjective; however, the kitchen stove was clearly dirty. Laundry facilities are available, but detergent must be purchased separately. In other units within the same building, detergent was provided by the owners. There is no elevator, and we had to carry all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Additionally, the security staff did not allow our minivan and sedan to park temporarily in the loading/unloading zone, while semi-trucks and SUVs were permitted, which felt inconsistent

Celebrating my husbands 30th birthday!

Everything was a breeze from booking , checking in and check out . The host was very communicative and helped us along the way . The beds were comfortable , the ac worked and the shower was nice and warm. What was also nice it was equipped with coffee and also had laundry available within the unit which made laundry before going back home a breeze . Guys Dead & Co trip

Property is just as described. A great pool area. Everything you need in the unit is comfortable for hanging out and the beds are also great. Location is super convenient to the strip without being right in the middle of the chaos. Arthur was very communicative and quick to respond. Definitly would stay again!

Last minute booking

Messed up on my dates so needed a last minute booking. Arthur was great about getting me in for a early check in to help me out. I have stayed in over 75 rentals over the years and this was hands down the cleanest! its a 3 bed place only slept in Master and bed was perfect for me(on the softer side) plenty of large fluffy pillows and nice comforter. This is the 5th time we rented in here so we do like the location. This place was perfect for me. Others may have some issues. Its on the 3rd floor with no elevator, I dont mind but some may. Others may not like the fact its the end building by a street. Im a heavy sleeper, especially on a good bed, but the street noise can be loud on occasion.Ill stay again for sure!!Tom

Very convenient, great value!

Arthur’s place has a great location. The apartment is spacious and gave us a great value for our money. Airport is no more than 15 minutes away, Fremont street is also a 10-15 minute drive. The Las Vegas BLVD is really close along with the meow wolf museum. We had a blast!

Great Condo Close to everything

The condo was really safe, secure, clean and close to everything. 24 hour security was comforting, and the process of entering/leaving was easy. The condo itself is on the top floor, so don't pack a bunch of suitcases, unless you want to carry those up to the 3rd floor. Condo is well equipped with coffee & condiments, plates/silverware, ice, paper towels, laundry soap etc... They thought of everything and it is a very comfortable space.

Perfect place to stay, off the strip, for a girls weekend!

There were 6 of us who went to Vegas for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. The owner was communicative and accommodating with information relating to our stay. This was my first time using a VRBO and he was extremely helpful and made it a memorable, easy experience.

Las Vegas Raiders trip

This property was perfect for us. Located off the strip, it was still just a short walk to several casinos and there were numerous restaurant choices also close by. It was a quick Uber/Lyft to the strip and old LV, as well as to Allegiant Stadium. Everything was clean and the unit nicely appointed. Plenty of room for the four of us. Our host was always available and very responsive. This was a great find!

Great stay

The property was nice. It is spacious and sleeps a good amount of guests. It’s close to the strip for a quick ride to the night life and walking distance to the Palms. The owner was responsive and easy going. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Amazing!

The property is very close to the strip. It was set up perfectly for our couples trip. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There are many extras like make up remove wipes, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, and panty items. We had trouble getting in to the pool and the host responded in minutes with the directions. It was our fault and nothing with the property. Also, the security is top notch. They checked our credentials every time instead of just waving us through. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again. We plan to be back next year!
