The team conducts regular inspections of the property to ensure the highest standards are maintained, so expect the very best experience.

Welcome to the Signature at MGM. It's a resort just a block away from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive), and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers. So you can stock up the kitchenette really easily.

GETTING AROUND
It's just a block to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can walk to the Las Vegas Strip from the property through an air-conditioned walkway that provides direct entry to the MGM Grand Casino floor. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft.
If you're driving here, valet parking is free, and there are plenty of free outside parking spaces, including a 6 story parking deck behind the property on Aubrey Lane.
Parking Information
Guests of The Signature at MGM Grand receive complimentary valet parking for up to one vehicle per reservation. Please note that valet services may close when they reach full capacity. You will be directed to park at the MGM Grand self-parking garage if the valet is full for the evening. Valet parking at the MGM Grand Hotel is not included.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a physical debit or credit card (cash/check and Apple Pay are NOT accepted).
•Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
