Sentral beliggenhet men slitt hotell.
Planet Hollywood ligger veldig sentralt på The Strip. Hotellet er ganske slitt, og rommene gjenspeiler dette. WIFI er kun inkludert for 2 enheter noe som skaper problemer for en familie på 4. Shopping senteret i tilknytning til hotellet er veldig bra. Ekstremt høy musikk i casinoet.

Friskt pust on the strip
Etter er par mindre gode opplevelser på andre Hotel på «the Stip» var det en velsignelse å komme til Planet Hollywood. Rommet var rent, frisk luft, god seng. Alt virket som det skulle. Hyggelig betjening.

Planet Hollywood 4 netter
Helt greit hotell, plassert meget sentralt. Den sentrale beliggenheten fører også til støy, anbefaler hoteller på utkantene av the Strip, om du ønsker mindre støy. Gammelt hotell, så om du har allergi og / eller astma, ta med antihistamin, inhalator og andre nødvendige medisiner! Meget skittent teppe på rommet, og det er tepper over alt i hele hotellet. Ikke mulighet til å lufte rommet. Renholdet på rommet er bra, men det er et gammelt hotell og blant annet bærer badekaret og teppet preg av dette. Ta med god tålmodighet, da innsjekk-køen er ekstremt lang. Pass også på at ved bruk av maskinen til å sjekke inn, kan du få «du får mail når rommet er klart», men så er rommet egentlig klart. Sjekk heller inn hos en ansatt. Meget dårlig resepsjonstjeneste. Anbefaler at du gjør god research på forhånd, slik at du ikke trenger å oppsøke info/resepsjon. 99,99% av tiden er det ingen der, til at du kan spørre om ting. Resepsjonsområdet er kun bruk til innsjekk fikk jeg inntrykk av. Vi gikk innom flere av de nyere hotellene på the Strip, og de har bedre kvalitet på hotellene. Blant annet ikke så mye tepper, ordentlig resepsjonstjeneste og totalt sett bedre. Selv om disse hotellene du ser på filmer hele tiden (Caesar, Planet Hollywood osv.) kan føre til økt interesse for å bo der, vær obs på at det er gammelt! Skal du benytte deg av baggasjeoppbevaring, ha kontanter på deg. De skal ta tips både ved innlevering av baggasje og henting…

The fitness center was a disappointment. Like 1997 Planet fitness. The machines were refurbished at some point and they did work. But the resort fees didn’t equal the experience. Rooms were fine. Beds were not. Walking to shop was super easy. Many reasonable restaurants nearby. Check your folio before you leave. I was charged valet when I didn’t even park there. Overall, it was okay. Well situated on the strip.

Needs updated. Charged $40 per lawn chair at the pool, total rip off. I ordered 5 drinks for my family pool side & was blown away at the $158 bill. Virgin pina cola ya was $28, add alcohol $36

A sewage smell was coming from the bathroom that made us nauseous. When maintenance “fixed” the issue they simply masked the smell with freshener. The walls were super thin and every noise came through. The room was pretty dirty, sheets, floor, bathroom. Overall a pretty bad experience.

This is a nice property, but there are some areas that definitely needs attention, our room was nice but it had a few tragedy areas such as the wallpaper was coming up an the cabinetry had large chips of wooden pieces missing. One of the elevators had cracked mirror on lower parts…other than that the location was perfect.. They have a lot of good places to eat.. Gordon Ramsey hamburger is located in there and the Mall…Which was a plus

I paid for a suite at Planet hollywood and the room was awful. The couch had hair on it from whoever stayed there previously, cables hanging down from the tv, and there was only one tiny pillow for an entire couch? Zero attention to detail and you can tell that Planet Hollywood took the cheap way out on this room. Disappointing to say the least. The normal room i stayed at in the Mandalay bay felt ten times nicer.

Check in I added my daughter to the reservation we stayed 4 days the first day it was good the rest of the stay her room card didn’t work had to go down to front desk they gave her a hard time I had to go down with her so they reactivated her key card little disappointing when she was on the reservation and even showed them her id on check in room was comfortable drawers in room were dusty and full of hair but otherwise okay for cleanliness Convenient area to all activities easily walking distance to all activities

The room we had the bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived also 2 lights in the room was out. They did fix the clog but didn’t fix the lights. Housekeeping did not empty the trash in the room a couple of times even though it was overflowing. Every year we would stay at this hotel for our anniversary but I think we will stay at a different hotel next year.

Rather than have tables such as blackjack empty with a $25 min, drop the min to $10 to $15 and more people would play longer. It seemed odd to have the higher minimums midday during the week that they did.
