Nearly 5,000 sq ft of fun & relaxation on a 1/2 acre lot, where 14+ guests will relax and play in a 4 BR/3 bath main house & 2 BR/1 bath casita (with full kitchen). This beautiful home is newly renovated with 100% brand-new everything! Accommodations include a large master suite with king bed and master bath with jacuzzi tub and giant walk-in closet, king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms (one with connecting bathroom), one room with 2 twin beds, 2 rollaway beds, and a portable crib. Make yourself at home with a fully-stocked kitchen that boasts a coffee bar with Keurig and cocktail bar with blender and bar paraphernalia, as well as a quaint breakfast nook with pool views. No expense is spared when it comes to ensuring your entertainment needs will be met with an 86" HDTV with gaming console in the media room, a 76" HDTV in the great room, a 65" HDTV in the master BR, and another 65" HDTV in the casita, along with Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, Netflix, and 100s of channels. The main house great room is an entertainer's dream with an extra-large dining table, 8-foot pool table, bar area, and oversized, lounge-style sectional couch for TV viewing or chilling with friends and family. Enjoy dozens of activities & amenities, including ping pong, cornhole, arcade basketball, 8-foot pool table, family & adult games, heated pool, oasis jacuzzi, backyard gas BBQ, firepits, putting greens, and covered patio with dining/seating/lounging areas. Sorry that I can’t give a good review of this property since the heat wasn’t working in the casita or main suite. It was in the 50s at night and some people had to move into main house. Owner was notified but didn’t rectify the situation. I feel we paid too much and were not offered an apology or refund. We did enjoy the pickleball court.

Our stay was flawless. The house is large but cozy fireplace in living room where we spent the 1st couple days as the rain came. The inclusion of the heated pool is rare which we appreciated during the chilly weather. Communication was stellar and immediate if anything came up. Beds comfy and kitchen had everything you could possibly need to dine in. Sport court in back is brand new for the pickleball enthusiasts. Casita in back is pristine which we didnt need but really appreciated when my hubs needed quiet time for work and an early night. Location was so close to the strip and food galore! Pretty sure we only saw one car drive down the street which meant the neighborhood was extremely quiet. We will have to find an excuse to stay again!

Great place overall. Perfect for what we needed. Thank you for the football themed living room. The pool heater didn’t work but we were not worried about it. FYI-We replaced the fire alarm batteries in the master bedroom as they were beeping upon arrival. Tv in kitchen area has a recall alert on mounting bracket. I’ve got some advice for your hot tub leveling as I’m sure the hot tub is not going to last very long the way it was leveled. If you would like that advice please reach out. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed the house. Thank you again!

They Thought of Everything

We've been attending a convention in Las Vegas for years now and have NEVER had such a beautiful, well designed, and perfectly appointed space. Plenty to do around the house - ping pong, pool, basketball, board games, TV, etc - and plenty of space to spread out. There are tons of towels - which seems like a weird thing to note until you find yourself rationing towels - and a lot of cooking and serving dishes. Ideal for our group. Communication was great. Will 100% book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had adults and kids ages 10-71 celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. Very convenient location to the strip and surrounding activities!! Would definitely recommend this property….only reason not a 5 star for checkin as I wish we could have gotten onto the property for early checkin without an additional charge since it was only a hour or so. The key pad was great to come in and out of the front door easily once it was reset upon arrival. Wish there was a remote for front gate. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!

Great home near but not on the Strip

This was a beautiful and spacious home. Ten adults and one infant fit without any crowding. Lovely backyard and pool area. 15 minute drive to the strip or the airport but far enough away to be quiet and near grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the best time and the most wonderful stay. The house was so clean and beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owner was always available and had great communication. The check out process was super easy. We were able to have a great family dinner event and the property was so beautiful! Hands down, best vacation rental experience. I can’t thank Jen enough!

Beyond Beautiful Home!!

Great House for Large Groups

Awesome stay in Vegas with enough room for large groups, it had tons of games which we were looking for and a wonderful outdoor pool area. Very well stocked and comfy beds! Checking in and out was a breeze and Jen was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here, thank you for having us!

Perfect home for family or event, close to everything, but you wont want to leave home!

First off Thank you Jenn for making this weekend so special for our family wedding. 8 of us stayed it the house (with the Bride and Groom in the Casita so they could have private space). We arrived Wednesday and there were workers there (with our permission) busily finishing up the fire pit area so we could use it for our rehearsal dinner party. The pool area is so nice with the hot tub and the fire pit. The fire pit has cushioned benches and pretty twinkly lights. There is a 6 top table and a 4 top table for eating by the pool, and all of the glassware is melamine so you can use it by the pool. The house is open and spotless. There are 2 large TV's areas with comfy couches. The beds are also comfortable and linens, pillows and towels both pool and bath are provided. There is a full size washer/dryer laundry room with detergent available. The bedrooms all have closets with abundant hangers, and the Master has a walk in closet that could easily be used as a sleeping space with one of the 2 roll-away beds. The master bath is huge and was perfect for us to use for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. The bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers and even had make-up removal wipes! Paper towels, toilet paper sponges and dish towels were all provided.We had to contact the owner for a few minor things and she responded right away and was very accomodating to our needs. I cooked and baked many things, including the wedding cake, in the kitchen. There is lots of counter space and cabinets. The kitchen has a fancy coffee maker with coffee provided. 2 full sized refrigerators (one in the Casita) really came in handy! You can see some of the strip from the back pool area it's a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic, and we were 15 minutes from Red Rock Canyon where the ceremony was. All in all, this rental was PERFECT. We would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Vegas. This house is a new rental so a few more things were needed in the kitchen, but my needs were pretty high and I brought a lot of things, and we added some things to the kitchen as well :) If I could suggest something for improvement: Pool lounger chairs.

Great for large family gathering

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect setup for our large family gathering. The Casita was a hit with my parents who wanted the opportunity to get away from all the activities. We were a little disappointed that the BBQ grill was not able to be used, but we worked around it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would consider coming back in the future if the opportunity arises.
