Henderson a Home Away from Home

This newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully furnished and packed with amazing amenities to create the perfect home away from home for you to enjoy and relax after a long day of experiencing the city of entertainment, Las Vegas. Whether it's hitting the town, hiking, boating, swimming, touristing, gambling, sight-seeing, catching a sports game, or conventioning. Our home is where you can recharge and then experience the fun all over again.

Growing up in Henderson, I know this is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Las Vegas Valley has to offer! Our home is located 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 30 minutes to Hoover Dam, 20 minutes to Lake Mead, all while being tucked away in a quiet Henderson Neighborhood. Be sure to check out the welcome binder for tons of ideas on what to do. No pool, but no problem. There are 10 different City run pools: https://www.cityofhenderson.com/government/departments/parks-and-recreation/facility-pool-park-trail-closures, as well as a water park, not far away.

The Space:
● Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a brand-new King-Size mattress, while watching your favorite show on a 55 inch Smart TV. For those with little ones, a playpen in the master closet will create the perfect quiet place for your little one to rest.
● Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
● Bedroom 2: Full size bunk beds
● Optional – Queen size air mattress
● Living room: Lounge out on a new recliner sectional while you enjoy our complimentary Netflix or Disney Plus Package subscriptions (ESPN, National Geographic, Hulu, and Disney) on our 65 inch Smart TV. Also, enjoy picking from several board/ card games to wind down in the evening for some family or friend fun. For those needing to check in on work or school projects, a desk in the living room creates the ideal workspace.
● Kitchen: Save money by cooking-in with all major appliances, 8 seat dining table, fully stocked with essential kitchenware. Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender.
● Outdoor Area: Patio furniture, modern lighting and necessary misters for a nice relaxing evening. Misters help cool off the space.
● Parking: Garage parking spots, as well as RV parking on the side of the house with electric hookup. Parking for your boats, RV, and cars and toys.

Check-in and rules/expectations:
● Please let us know when you plan to arrive and depart.
● Keypad entry
● Please remove your shoes and store them in the entryway bench bins while in the house, let’s keep that carpet looking and feeling amazing.
● Please take anything you bring, especially food.
● Please keep the AC at 78 or higher in the summer and 72 or lower in the winter. Energy prices during the summer can be extreme!
● No animals allowed.
● Non-smoking home.
● No weed or tobacco allowed! One of our very first guests smoked in the house and it was hard to get the air smelling clean again. Please do not smoke anything in the house!
Please load the dishwasher and start it before you leave, put any trash into the bin in the garage, and throw all towels, wash clothes and bed sheets into the provided hampers. Thank you!
