Room appears clean, but when you move things around or look under bed, there was dust everywhere. Room was not cleaned thoroughly in a while. Towels did not smell fresh. There was only one roll of toilet paper.
I booked a rate that included breakfast. Since I checked in via the Hilton App, I did not stop by the front desk. At breakfast on the 1st day we were asked for “vouchers” or breakfast would be changed to the room. The staff, simply asked for our room number. We enjoyed our breakfast. Breakfast was well stocked and good.
Apparently there was a voucher required for breakfast. I was not informed when booking. 2nd day, we were not asked for vouchers. On 3rd day, I had to leave my family to finish breakfast so I could take luggage to the car, the restaurant staff again asked for vouchers. My wife went to front desk, and inform them, the restaurant staff said they get charged if vouchers are not presented.
There was a daily parking fee of $12 that was also not highlighted when booking hotel.
