Throughout the booking process I was emailed about one reservation. Upon checking in, I was told two rooms were booked in my name giving two rooms for two people. I was in touch with the host and did not get anywhere. I had spent over 3 hours for two days trying to connect with VRBO and went in circles getting now where. They kept re directing me into different people until it went full circle and got back to the original person who could not help. I have sent emails and text and again no help or response. I tried giving up one of the rooms and was unable to do so there for I paid full price for a room for 6 days that I did not use. This is truly unacceptable with the lack of support.
