Spacious 4 bed/3 bath home-1 bed/bath downstairs, Large kitchen, 2 living rooms + upstairs loft & spacious bedrooms! The comforts of home with the Vegas strip close by. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac to relax after a fun filled day on the town! 4.2 miles to the Airport. Many nearby casinos, shopping & restaurants.

*Quiet time is 10 pm to 10 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outside noise down to a whisper after 10 pm. Do not hangout or loiter in the front yard at anytime.

*Absolutely No Parties or Events allowed. This home comfortably sleeps 9 people. Additional guest are not allowed without prior approval & additional fees.
*Kids under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

*Up to 4 cars are allowed at the property. Do not park in front of neighbor's homes & do not block driveways. Recreational vehicles, RV’s & boats, are Not allowed & may be at your risk to being towed.

*Longer bookings over 30 days may require a signed lease agreement with proof of government ID & larger deposit.

*No smoking in the house. Signs of smoking in the house may result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only.

* Certain breeds of dogs may be considered with $300 pet deposit (20 lbs. and under). Please inquire for details.

*For security reasons, the actual address will be provided on the morning of check-in by 9am.
* Late check out fee is $50 per hour, up to two hours, if available. If the guest has not left the premises two hours after checkout an additional $500 fee will be charged to the guest.
*If the police is called due to noise complaints, there will be a $500 fee per occurrence & immediate cancellation of reservation without refund of security deposit.

 Self check-in lock on the front door.
 A garage remote will be available for convenience of parking in the garage.
 Quiet hours are between 10 pm – 10 am.
