«Clean room, attentive staff. small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. He is passionate about what he does, and it shows. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and well-located — but it’s Gian Carlos who truly makes Hotel La Laguna unforgettable. The breakfast is also super and the chef prepares personalized dishes to your pleasing. They also serve local products produced at local farms on the island. We can definitely recommend staying in La Laguna if you plan to visit Isabela. "
