«I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to. A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that ...

«I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands ...

«Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place.»

«Nice breakfast and very friendly staff at the reception»

«Nice host, good breakfast, convinient.»

«Great concept with large spaces for working, socialising and relaxing. Great bar/pool area roof top. Green parks around. New and well maintained hotel»

«Don’t be fooled from the looks of the building because this place is a hidden gem from the inside! Has everything you need. From great AC, very clean, very modern. Specifically, the staff were super helpful and super nice. Very convenient location as the bus and trains station is across the street. The subway entrance was right in front of the building. So… coming into the city, moving around Rome, and leaving the city was super affordable as I never used a taxi once. I would stay here again ...

«Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips. One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4. I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment»

«The room was very clean and the owners were very clear and concise with directions. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants»

«Veldig bra hotell, god service og bra pris. Beliggenheten er også utmerket. Anbefales sterkt.»

«Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.»

«Мы останавливались в Риме на 5 дней. Расположение комнаты хорошее, рядом метро, поезд и автобусы. Напротив дома магазин. Это квартира с общей гостиной-кухней и 4 комнаты. Чисто, мусор убирали каждый день! Минус 1 - не хватает полноценного холодильника на 4 комнаты а так же столовых приборов.»
