«Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it! »

This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. «I didn't read all the details about this "hotel" before arriving, which I of course should. This isn't a traditional hotel - you have to make sure the guy who runs the place knows when you're coming to let you in. I didn't, and ended up having to wait 45 minutes... My bad! If you've read the fine print and know what you're going to, this is a great place. You have a fantastic view and the room very modern, clean, big and with all you can want! Recommended.»

«Charming studio apartment located right off the main street in Vernazza. Clean, roomy and conveniently located to food, the train stations and trails to Corniglia and Monterosso. Only one downside...the stairs are numerous, steep and uneven. You might have difficulties if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs.»

«The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Vernazza. It’s close to the water. There are some steps to climb, but not too much compared to a lot of the properties here, and it’s inevitable anyway. Pack a backpack ideally or a light suitcase that you can manage up and down a few set of stairs. Inside is very clean. It was ready before check in time. Good information. 2 beds in separate rooms. «Wonderful location with views. Perfect for a couple. Small but quaint and the view of the harbour cannot be beaten. Found this convenient to the village and would definitely use as a base again for Cinque Terre. There are a number of stairs which you should be aware of if that is a problem for you but otherwise we enjoyed. Bathroom is very small like others have commented and water does get on floor but we didn’t mind as the pros definitely outweighed the cons. Would definitely stay in this ...
