Flott hotell. Frokost i verdensklasse. Familierommet stort og komfortabelt. God service. Eneste som ikke var bra var at alle solsenger ved bassengene var opptatt hvis man ikke rushet ned om morgenen, og da var de opptatt hele dagen. Og uten solsenger kunne man ikke være der.

Bra hotell i fredelig område. 10 min å gå til marinaen med noen restauranter og litt shopping (Lacoste, Boss, HellyHansen, Polo, Desegual etc). Ønsker du mer liv er det bedre med et hotell i Puerto del Carmen. Vi hadde all-inclusive. Maten var bra og variert, men ikke fantastisk. Litt å sette seg inn i da ikke alt er med i all-inclusive (ikke all drikke, ikke alle restauranter til alle tider). Kun et lite basseng var oppvarmet, resten var relativt kjølinge da vi var her i desember. Bra spa-avdeling som var verdt et besøk. God service, dog ikke den beste massasjen vi har hatt. Fine joggeløyper langs klippene på begge sider av hotellet. Romslig rom med gode senger, stor TV og ok Internett. Litt kaldt på rommet til tider.

Fornøyd med oppholdet og reiser gjerne igjen
Ikke helt 5 stjerner men i nærheten. Veldig god frokost og fine bade og sol områder. Greit treningsstudio. Ikke basseng med stupebrett og dypt vann. Barnevennlig. Veldig rent og fint.

No ac for 4 nights!
This hotel is quite far from a 5 star. The rooms are tatty, with plaster falling off the walls, blocked sinks, cigarrette marks on furniture and stains on sofa. (we stayed in a suite). On the other hand is was very reasonably priced so you get what you pay for. What ruined the stay for us was that the aircon didn't work for the first 4 nights. We complained each day and asked to be moved, but they just promised to fix it, but had to live with 26 degrees at night with a 5 month baby used to Norwegian climate! After 4 nights they admitted that it had been switched off from 2200 - 1000 and that they would switch it on all night! Basically they lied to us! There were not enough tables or staff for all the guests, so there were long queues to get breakfast and lunch. Wireless useless as so slow. They charged us for 4 things on our bills (2 seperate rooms) that weren't ours so be sure to check this! On the plus side it was very close to Calero marina with plenty of restaurants. The restaurant staff in the hotel were also very friendly and brilliant with our baby! The hotel pools etc were lovely. The breakfast was also very good with a large selection, but try to get there early (8.30ish) to avoid having to queue. Overall we would have been fairly happy if it wasn't for the ac!

Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it.

The hotel although out of the main areas is nice, peaceful and well equipped. The staff are excellent and could not do enough for you. A couple of areas of maintenance (very minor) required within the room itself. Otherwise a perfect relaxing stay.

Lovely hotel. Ten mins walk along a path to Puerto Calero harbour which has lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Hotel has a Preferred Club (I didn’t know this before I booked) so certain restaurants and facilities were not available to “plebs” which I wasn’t impressed with.

Great stay
The hotel is very nice, modern and comfortable. Sofia from the reception desk welcomed us very well and made sure until the end of our stay that all goes well. Daily activities proposed by the hotel are very interesting. The only thing that we didn’t appreciate was that the cleaning service took out items from mini bar during our stay. Anyway, we spent a great time and were able to relax.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, food was good all around but I would definitely say the Blue water grill and Oceana restaurants were by far the best. The rooms were very nice if the walls were abit thin and could hear next door but I believe that’s due to the age of the property and the bathroom could do with an update but still very serviceable. It’s a short walk from the marina where there is a lovely selection of restaurants that are reasonably priced so B&B or all inclusive are very good so take which ever you would prefer

Geen 5 sterren waardig, maar 4. Helft van het hotel is niet bereikbaar als je niet bij de preferred club zit en het avondeten is echt niet goed. Kamers zijn wel ruim, netjes en schoon!
