We zijn geplaatst aan de schaduwzijde; voor de zonzijde moesten we €13,- per nacht bijbetalen. Er was door jullie aangegeven dat er shampoo en doucheschuim zou zijn; dit was echter alleen voor de eerste dag. Prima was dat ze (bijna) elke dag het bed dekte, en het 2x p wk. verschoonde en 3x per week waren er schone handdoeken.

Lovely little hotel
Lovely hotel as long as don’t have high expectations for what you are paying. Rooms are clean and good size all staff are very friendly and in great location supermarket literally over the road. Pool was cleaned daily and a nice area, hotel also provide evening entertainment great for a family holiday on a budget or girly trip.

Gd outdoor pool, plenty of sun loungers but some in poor condition. Rooms fair, well stocked in kitchen, suit basic needs.. beds quite hard in room and pull out sofa bed had broken slots, but managed wth it all th same..room cleaning frequent enuf..staff helpful.. reception dining area pleasant/ clean..

The hotel and everything in there is very tired, all the sun beds were too uncomfortable to lay on, the rooms are extremely dated and desperate for a refurbish, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Basic and dated apt hotel but totally acceptable, good location for old town/port but uphill on way back(taxi only €3.50). Cheap price so you get what you pay for. This was our second stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The pool is great with plenty of sun loungers. No problem getting a taxi as was booked by reception at no cost.

If you need a cheap bed for the night and are not going to spend any length of time there it will.meet your needs.If you need more than that avoid this hotel . It is cheap but you have to pay extra for the tv ,Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron. The windows and doors don't fit properly so there is constant drafts. The apartment kitchens are very sparsely equipped you could make a cup of coffee and some beans on toast but not much more. The location and design of this aparthotel are good and it has the potential to be so much better. REMEMBER THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

La habitación estaba limpia, el baño SUCIO Y SIN PAPEL HIGIENICO, NO TENIA NI SI QUIERA SOBRES DE GEL, PARA LA DUCHA Y LO UNICO QUE ME HAN DICHO ES QUE NO TENIAN SUMINISTROS Y QUE POR ELLO NO PODIAN REPONER. Eso es lo que puede ofrecer un hotel que cuesta 76€ la noche. Muy mal

Típics apartamentos para extrajeros. Correctos para ellos, con un par de cosas a destacar negativamente: desayuno infecto, pobre, básico, mínimo, etc.....y los canales de la TV de pago, sólo gratis la 1, Antena 3, uno francés, un inglés y uno alemán! Jajaja me piden dinero para poder ver la 2, ó La Secta, o Clan Tv!,,, en fin, ah, y wifi 1 hora al día.....esto ya no se lleva. Primera impresión en recepción bastante mala y seca, luego más amables y mejor, pero la primera impresión .....

Lovely, clean hotel
We stayed her for 4 nights over Easter. The place and apartment was lovely. Nice size, lovely balcony and well kitted out kitchen. The only thing, would be to have a double bed, as we requested a Double room. Great facilities, Swimming pool, table tennis, fuseball, pool table and nice poolside bar. Everywhere was spotless, and well maintained. We had breakfast every morning (as it was included), which was ok,but I wouldn't pay €7 for it where there are other places to eat on the strip much cheaper and better food. We went to the Sunday market, which was organised by the hotel. The Wifi was ok, shame there is a surcharge. All in all a good place to stay, and would go back.

En general están bien, pero ruidosos, anticuados
Son apartamentos que en líneas generales están bien, pero dista mucho la imagen que se ve en internet con lo que luego encuentras al llegar. Deberían reformarlos porque están muy anticuados. Nosotros no teníamos plato de microondas siquiera, el wifi era de pago... cosas que deberían cuidar un poco más para dar mayor servicio a los clientes. La calle trasera, donde daba la habitación, es de paso y hay mucho ruido de coches, sobre todo los fines de semana.

La verdad es que el hotel no corresponde con lo que se vende en la web.me pareció increíble que para ver la tv en la habitación hay que realizar un pago a un servidor externo,nunca lo había visto en ningún hotel

El primer día prepararon la habitacion para dos en vez de para tres Tuve que bajar a la 1 de la noche a por sabanas para hacerme la cama.Y luego tuve que volver a por toallas.No te cambian las toallas pero te las mezclan y ya no sabíamos de quien era cada una.Los enchufes estaban superpuestos y cuando tirabas para desenchufar se salian de la parez.La luz de encima de la mesa se encendia y apagaba y no podiamos cenar agusto.Los colchones son duros y en el sofa cama las tablillas del colchon se caen.Ademas se llevaron los sobres de gel empezados y no los repusieron y cuando llegamos por la noche nos tuvimos que duchar solo con agua.Desastre total.

Nice stay
Nice hotel needs updating. Is in a great location near to old and new town (within 10 minute walk). The wifi and safe is a surcharge. Entertainment provided seems good. Pool is a good size but is not heated - was freezing!

Good location but purely functional
The reception staff for the hotel and apartments were very helpful but very little was included in the price for the apartments. Neither wifi in the apartments nor TV was included (only the few Spanish channels but no films to speak of) so if the weather isn't great, you may end up spending more to either go out or stay in with the TV. It was clean and comfortable but there were no bowls or washing up facilities which I would have expected. It was fine for a budget trip but if you want a little more comfort I would try elsewhere.

Per il prezzo, carino!
L'hotel è carino, nel complesso è un po' vecchio, ma tenuto abbastanza bene. Il personale è gentile, ma quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni è stato piuttosto sbrigativo, ad esempio ci siamo fermati per chiedere di qualche locale in cui passare la serata. La receptionist che era al telefono, senza interrompere la telefonata, ci ha indicato un pub senza chiederci cosa cercassimo, ed ha ripreso la telefonata senza chiederci se avessimo bisogno di altro. Gli appartamenti hanno terrazzino, angolo cottura e bagno. Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma ci sono stati dati due letti singoli, che abbiamo unito, così non era molto comodo. Nelle ore serali c'era pochissima acqua calda, qualche volta abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia con l'acqua fredda. I servizi ci sono tutti, ma tutti a pagamento! per il phon, la cassaforte, ventilatore, per ogni canale tv, per stampare le carte d'imbarco (1 euro a foglio!) ...insomma qualsiasi cosa ha un costo extra. IL wi fi è gratuito per un'ora al giorno nella hall e a pagamento nelle camere (7 euro al giorno oppure 3 euro per 3 ore) e non era proprio velocissimo. La colazione è nella media, più per chi ama il salato, il cuoco è sempre pronto a preparare uova, salsicce, bacon... A circa 10 minuti a piedi ci sono i locali sul lungo mare, per cui alla sera si può stare nei pressi dell'hotel. Difronte all'hotel c'è la farmacia, ed è vicino ai supermercati Lidl e Iperdino. Alla fine abbiamo avuto quello per cui abbiamo pagato. Quindi qualità-prezzo ok

I travelled alone, the hotel was suitably situated for my needs. Rooms had everything I needed and were cleaned every day. Lovely area although a bit hilly for older people. Would stay again.

0 a la señora q nos atendio en recepción!
Muy desagradable la señora q aparecio con sonrisa forzada muy falsaaa!!a dar indicaciones cohibiendo al recepcionista q hizo su trabajo correctamente.Delante del cliente no puede tener ese trato ni para cliente ni para empleado!Consiguio levantarme el estomago, fue lo 1º q dije al llegar al apto. El hotel por precio bien, piscina muy chica y todas las hamacas siempres estan reservadas con las toallas.Limpieza excelente, zonas comunes igual.SOLO UN 0 A LA SEÑORA !!

The holiday was to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday, but it turned into a double celebration when her boyfriend proposed and they became engaged on her birthday also. We all had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Puerto Carmen

Slitet och behov av en renovering, men ok ändå.
Slitet och i behov av en renovering, men trevlig personal. Lite på sidan om men ändå endast fem minuters promenad till "strandgatan" och ungefär samma avstånd till hamnen i "gamla stan". Om Scandic i Sverige generellt får 6 av 10, ger jag detta hotell 2-3.

He estado en este apartahotel 13 dias y mejor imposible. En cuestion calidad precio inmejorable.El personal super amable,limpieza del apartamento impecable,te cambian las sabanas 3 dias a la semana,limpieza del apartamento 5 dias a la semana y si quedas loza sin lavar te la lavan.Excelente ubicacion para todo.
