« I wanted to share my feedback regarding the experience.While the house itself is in a great location and we enjoyed our time there, I noticed that the property was not clean when we arrived. This was disappointing, as cleanliness is an important factor for guests.Mark the host was very helpful during our stay, promptly assisting us with getting a blanket for the sofa and resolving the issue with the remote control by ordering a replacement immediately. «The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me.»

«The room was dated and in need of repair -- torn curtains, broken handles on furniture, malfunctioning microwave turntable, shower door did not slide due to a missing wheel, gross looking carpet. There were also ants occasionally. However, it was a fantastic location. We just did our best to only sleep and shower in the room and get out as much as possible.»

«The host was responsive during the stay. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered which made it almost impossible to sit on because it was always dirty and wet. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Temps got cold and thermostat was locked for a couple of days so we had ac on when we needed heat. Then it warmed up and we needed the air back. I wish we had full control the whole time.
