First I was charged 180 when my receipt was sent twice to my email confirming a charge of only 150$ like I booked online. I was asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I replied yes, no communication on why I was charged over $30 for a one night stay. I overheard the front desk women tell the other guest there' a 20$ room deposit that you will get back after your stay. That is odd as I wasnt told about this and was charged even more. Beware of how much your being charged. I realiazed after leaving
To go on when arriving the pool was closed but was then told it would be open after deciding to probably go somwhere else as I was just taking my kids for the night to swim. The pool was closed to being shocked, which after researching you arnt supposed to swim in it.. my kids rashes and I think got sick from it. The hot tub does not work and after seeing more reviews after my one night stay, the hot tub hasn't worked for years. So beware you wont enjoy a nice jetted hotub like pictured. The picture of the pool isnt what it looks like as of now, the water is green almost.
The rooms were clean, housekeeping just needs to do a better job double checking trash bins have trash bags and other guests' garbage was picked up, there was an open wrapper on the counter, and my kid found an Oreo next to the bed. My rooms shower also did not drain, at all. I kind of wish I would've booked somewhere else, but my kids had fun, just would like the money back that was taken without my knowledge.
