«On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. «The house had everything we needed, from cleaning products to bed linen, coffee, tea, ... «My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
