«All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. Despite the room not having been planned for use, everything was clean and fully stocked which was impressive. Bed extremely comfy, didn't want to leave! Breakfast being included was great, ...

«A very delicate and nice decorated small hotel, comfortable rooms and a quiet area a short walk from the Spanish city in Tynemouth. The staff are helpful and very service minded, you get the feeling of being in a luxury hotel. The room we had was large and the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast we ordered was good too. I would stay there again.»

«Nyoppusset, pent og sjarmerende hotell - trivelig, britisk på sitt beste. Stort rom med gode senger, badet moderne og funksjonelt. Vi tok middagen i hotellet, og var meget fornøyd med kjøkkenet. Betjeningen vennlig og effektiv, fra resepsjonisten til servitørene. Med parken utenfor og Hexham Abbey rett rundt hjørnet for hotellet fikk vi en fin kveldstur i en vakker engelsk småby. «The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from.
