It was quite disruptive as he worked in the late afternoon until dark on the weekend. I felt disrespected as guests that we paid for a luxury experience and had to hear the worker both evenings. »

«Just like another reviewer, the AC did not function properly. The furnace would only blow cold air throughout the home which made it uncomfortable at nigh time. We had to heat up blankets in the dryer and turn on the oven for heat. We called the number we were provided. The message said to leave a message but no way to do so, the recording kept looping.
