Enjoy your favorite streaming shows on the two mounted-screen smart TVs. A Nintendo gaming system features all of your old favorites from the 80s and 90s! Admire the views of the surrounding nature on the private balcony overlooking the lawn, pines, and the pool/hot tub. There are also tennis courts to use, a sauna, and 1000' of private beach for Lakeland guests only.





The kitchen features a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It has granite countertops and is well-equipped for all cooking needs including, a blender, toaster, and coffeemaker.





The bedroom has a comfortable California King bed with soft linens. The bathroom has sleek granite counters, combining beauty and functionality effortlessly whether your heading out on the town or to the beach. New triple-pane windows and two sliding glass doors are to be installed in 2023. Both guest WIFI and unit private WIFI are available. Air Conditioning is also available.

These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
