"Dirty room. Horrible lights in the room. Rude staff. Called for airport transfer, waited 25 minutes, and when it arrived they didn’t have room for us in the car. Told us to call again and wait 30 minutes and hope that it would be room for us the next time. We are travelling with a baby, so we couldn’t wait any longer and paid for a taxi instead. The authorisation on our card is still reserved even though we were told that it would be released the day after. "
