«The host failed to mention all the broken items including the stove top and bbq. Told me the stove top was safe to use even though there wasa huge crack across the glass. And kept telling me her handyman was coming to fix the grill, but never did. All the amenities were delapidated.»

«Lots about our choice of place was excellent, including support from our host and proximity to everything great about the West Palm area. Only to help hosts improve, we needed a more firm mattress, and considering how every other need was anticipated could have used a small pad of paper. A couple here has to want to do everything together, because there’s not much interesting within walking distance.»
