We stayed for three nights and overall the biggest plus was the location of the property. It is walkable to all of the state line activities and the lake. The room is very small, and the furniture was a little outdated and beatup. The fire place was a nice touch and made the room very warm. The AC worked good. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The major issue we experienced was the lack of hot water in the shower. On two of three three days the shower had no hot water and was ice cold. The hot water in the restroom sink and jacuzzi worked great. We asked for a bottom floor room if it was available but management said they were all booked. We noticed three of the bottom rooms were under renovation. The property was a small property. The room did have a mini fridge and one coffee package. The wine glasses and coffee cups available were a nice touch.
