«Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely.

«This cabin is the perfect getaway! It has a great 'cozy' feel without feeling cramped, there was so much space for everyone to relax. We were impressed by how complete the amenities were; the host clearly thought of everything. Speaking of the host, they were super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions.»

«Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. »

«Don’t hesitate to book this amazing “Incline Village” home. Great location with beautiful peekaboo views of Lake Tahoe with a great deck! My fiancé and I booked this home for our destination wedding at Chimney Beach just North of Incline Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with “Sway” was alway quick, prompt and friendly and everyone staying with us had a wonderful time!! So what are you waiting for?….BOOK THIS PLACE now!!»

«Check in was easy. Unit was large enough for all of us and beds were comfortable. Some rooms were updated while others needed updating. That being said it was reasonable and cozy.»
