The elegant décor and attention to detail of Panoramic Pool Paradise will make you feel like you are walking into a high-end resort. Take in the views through the floor to ceiling windows as you relax by the fireplace in the great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and has plenty of seating for mealtime.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home can sleep 10 to 12 guests with the sofa bed in the living room. The Lake View Suite has direct patio access and a separate sleeping nook with twin bunk beds great for kids. After a day on the water have the best night's sleep on one of the king size beds offered in each bedroom.

Take a scenic walk down or short drive to the lakefront boat house fully equipped with kayaks and stand up paddle boards or enjoy indoor activities in the game room with Ping Pong and Foosball. If relaxation is your goal, then Panoramic Pool Paradise has you covered! Take a dip in the seasonal, in-ground pool and enjoy a drink in a lounge chair or hammock while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views. Seasonal Note: Lake Lure Drawdown
Lake Lure is scheduled for a drawdown from Jan 1–Mar 31, lowering approximately 1 ft/day to a total of 12 ft for maintenance, dredging, and dam work. Lake access and usage may be limited during this period. Water levels are expected to return to normal by mid-to-late April.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby in our 'Pet Friendly Home' collection.

Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.

* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
