«Clean room, nice staff. Some of the paint and trim is getting worn in some of the rooms. Small cobweb in one corner of the room. Stained grout on tub. Lots of loud squeaky doors on the second floor. Lots of thumping and stomping noise due to loud guests that were there for a youth soccer team meet over the weekend. Biscuits were not done at breakfast. Doughy, crumbly and not hot enough or fully baked. People would not line up in an orderly fashion at the breakfast area. It was a free for all! ...

«My visit was disgusting. The hallway and entryway look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The staff was nonexistent. The person who checked me in was virtual and it took a long time because she couldn’t see my drivers license. When I got to my room, the bedspread was either dirty or stained. There were long hairs in the sink. Those two things alone made me question if anything was clean. I was exhausted and I knew there was no person to talk to so I just went to bed. I slept in my clothes ...

«The only good thing about this property was the man at the front desk was very nice. However, the property itself is not cleaned. The carpet was dirty through out and the room was not cleaned. It looked like dripping blood on the wall, there was hair in the sheets, and it appeared old and run down. There is no elevator and you have to carry your bags up stairs. Somehow the property is posted with positive reviews which has to be a scam. The pictures are nice and nothing like the actual property. ...

«My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming.
I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun.
