The staff was not supportive at all. I reported water behind toilet and was told 3 times someone would come check it and nothing. I also went to the staff several times because the water in the shower wasn’t even hot and we had to take cool showers. Barely any water pressure in the sink. But when I went to the staff I advised of my medical condition and how cold showers made my pain worse and I also couldn’t do my Epsom salt soak which helps relive pain and they still didn’t help when it came to hot water in the bathtub which I definitely needed after sleeping on a queen bed that was so damn hard it felt like you were sleeping on concrete. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were in a thing of liquid and then yogurt machine was down. We only went to that hotel as we used to go and get the room with a jacuzzi tub in the room when it was quality inn through choice and yet this experience was terrible.
So, the stay definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.
