«This home was compact, but very clean and had many thoughtful touches like well-placed night lights, a good bread knife, etc. The hosts checked in with us to be sure we had no problems and we were doing fine. The home is on a highway, so there is a bit road noise, but it is located so that neither Copper Harbor or Houghton seemed too far to go. The house book had some good recommendations for restaurants and we had a nice meal at Fitzgerald's. It was great to have the ability to do some laundry ...

«This cozy log home was the perfect setting to visit our tech students and enjoy the beautiful UP in the winter. It was a bit of a drive to places, but we knew this going in and found the seclusion relaxing. Lots of space, comfy seating, and warm wood burning stove made the living space perfect for our big group. Lots of bedrooms gave us all our private space as well. «We stayed in mid May, 2024, guests were myself, my wife, and our dog. This cabin was fantastic for our trip to the Keweenaw peninsula. It feels very private, you have tons of space, the property is gorgeous, and it's an easy drive into town for meals in the evening or supplies. The sauna was a particular treat! We really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay again if we're ever back in the area!»
