Aloha and welcome to the Buoy! This custom 6 bed 4 bath home offers your own private oasis with resort style pool and Jacuzzi. Entertainers dream kitchen and great room. Indoor/outdoor living, covered patio. Plus a detached pool house casita with pool table, bar and separate living quarters.

Now for the details
The main house has a gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with a 48 SKS range, big island, with lots of seating and a dining table for dinner parties. Also extend your dining experience out to the gated courtyard.
The great room offers an 82 inch smart TV with dish. A custom reclining leather sectional for all to relax and socialize. The great room has a big sliding glass door that walks out to the pool.
The Primary Retreat:
The primary bedroom is a custom retreat with king bed private seating and entertainment area with 60 inch tv. The primary bath has a custom walk in shower, with a freestanding tub, a separate toilet room and a closet big enough to be it’s own bedroom. The primary bedroom also has a big sliding glass door that walks out to the pool.

The Pool Bedroom:
Has a queen bed with a private bathroom that enters out to the pool with an outdoor shower.
The Leather Strap Bedroom:
This bedroom has 2 queen beds with a big closet and a TV
The Retro Bedroom:
This bedroom has 2 queen beds with a big closet.
The above bedrooms have a beautiful bathroom with double vanities and a custom walk in shower.
The main house has a covered pool side patio with plenty of seating for relaxing in the shade. There is also an outdoor sectional and TV for indoor outdoor living.
The detached pool house Casita:
The pool house has its own little private oasis. The big French doors in the game room give you a great view of the pool , or the pool table. There is a big bar with seating and a fridge for the best cocktails or ice cold beer. Kickback on the couch and enjoy a game or movie on the TV. The couch is a pull out queen sofa-sleeper. The south door opens onto a hidden meditation bench to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The custom built bunk bedroom offers two queen private beds, set up for adults, but kids love this room. The queen bedroom has a TV and French doors that open onto a secluded garden. The bathroom has a custom walk in shower with a door that leads out to a private outdoor shower.
Into the pool or sunbathing on the shamu shelf this pool is big enough for everyone to cool of. With plenty of pool furniture to relax around the pool with you favorite book or beverage. Remember no glass in the pool is allowed in AZ. With the mature vegetation and private back yard you will feel like you are in you own secluded tropical paradise.
Don’t forget to enjoy the custom horseshoe pit or corn hole on the pool patio.
When you get hungry we offer a BBQ for traditional grilling and a big griddle for breakfast or taco bars.
With all of this there is still plenty of parking for boats.

Overall the place was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Only issue I had was the queen bedroom in the casita had a mattress that was too big for the bed and it was turned upside down because we found out that someone had peed on it. The cleaning girl did clean it as much as possible but it still needs a mattress to fit the bed.

It was a great location for us. The house worked well for our family. The backyard was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the pool. Great place for families! Awesome Summer

I have been coming to Havasu for the past 14 summers with my family and I have rented a home for the past 10. I am big on reviews whether it’s good or bad and I know that opinions and experiences matter from all of us. This house exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures posted on VRBO don’t really show what we saw in person. In person, the house was absolutely stunning….in fact….better than the pictures and what I was expecting. The pictures don’t show how big everything is and when you have a family of 18….you want to know everyone has a place to sleep. There was more than enough room. Everything was clean, in working order, well kept up patio furniture. Lots of pool toys. Not just toys but nice floats! Nice outdoor showers. Indoors, in the main house and casita…everything was well decorated and in really good shape. It was sooo comfortable. Nice couch and the biggest tv I have ever seen. The AC was awesome!Everything was just clean and super nice and the owner Chad had great communication with me. The casita was amazing. Our 16 year olds loved their independence playing pool and games every day and night. Super nice area for all of them to make memories.The entire property had everything we wanted and or needed and more and I would definitely stay here again. The three big refrigerators were a game changer for us. That was amazing. And there is a little bunny that comes out in the backyard every morning and night to visit.

Labor Day FUN

This house is amazing! We were very happy with the set up of the house/rooms. The casita is a fun place to hang out, and the pool/spa were a hit. We made most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked. All in all, everyone had a great time!

Chad & Chris were great host!!!! Property was great, there was enough space for all of us. Location was 15 mins away from London Bridge, but it wasn't a problems. Pool and back yard was very clean. All in all this is an awesome place to book. You wont regret it. I would definitely book again.

Family getaway

Great spacious property

Worth every penny!

We found this lovely home very last minute and were thrilled to find that it was available. We have been to Havasu several times and this is by far in our top two properties. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable for a large group, but the backyard and the grounds steal the show. The owner Chad was absolutely fantastic and quick to reply with any questions we had! We will absolutely be back for a longer stay and will look to stay here again. Highly highly recommend!!
