No garage parking. We have plenty of parking including two RV size spots for boat trailers or RVs off-street

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ/Fire Pit propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
